Ronald McDonald: An Extreme Hero

Today the Extreme Makover site was graced with the presence of world-famous Ronald McDonald, complete with big red shoes and white hard hat. As a lifelong McDonald’s fan, I had the great pleasure to interview dear Ronald, who echoed the feelings of all those lucky enough to be a part of this build by stating how worthy Mr. Cooper and his family are of this wonderful gift. Ronald, like many of us, was blown away by the incredibly collaborative effort of this brilliant North Carolinian community. As a Brit, I am sure that the other volunteers understand very little of what I say, but it’s just fantastic to be a part of such a wonderful project.
